No Refund Policy
All sales are final. LabSense Health does not offer refunds for any subscription purchases, including monthly and annual plans. Please review your purchase carefully before subscribing.
1. All Sales Are Final
By subscribing to LabSense Health, you acknowledge and agree that all payments are non-refundable. This policy applies to:
- Monthly subscription payments
- Annual subscription payments
- Plan upgrades
- Any other charges related to the Service
2. Subscription Plans
LabSense Health offers the following subscription options:
- Free Plan: Limited features at no cost
- Pro Plan: Monthly (₹499/month) or Annual (₹4,999/year)
- Family Plan: Monthly (₹999/month) or Annual (₹9,999/year)
We recommend starting with the Free plan to evaluate our service before committing to a paid subscription.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings:
- Go to Dashboard > Settings > Subscription
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made after cancellation
- No refunds will be issued for the remaining subscription period
After cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until your current billing period ends, after which your account will revert to the Free plan.
Important Note
Since all sales are final, we strongly encourage you to use our Free plan first to ensure LabSense Health meets your needs before purchasing a paid subscription.
4. Billing Errors
If you believe you have been charged in error (such as duplicate charges or unauthorized transactions), please contact us within 7 days at support@labsense.health. We will investigate the issue and, if a billing error is confirmed, issue a correction or refund for the erroneous charge only.
